Too small for 4 adults. Not consider visitors have many luggage and no space to put them.

Overall satisfied with unit. Clean and comfortable
Liked the beds & linen, shower, kitchen, cleanliness
Toilet is tight (small space) and since the space is small, the suitcases take up space in the unit

Not baby friendly, too small for adults
The self Check in was 40 minutes but the staff member that was video calling us made the experience better. The children loved the upper beds. They have fun playing there. Good location next to the station.
*a point of view from a family with 1 year old baby* In self Check-in you need to feel in *all* of the guests private information! It took so much time! We are 5 people + a video chat with a staff member.. it took 40 min! It's too long with a baby and small children. We are traveling with lots of baggage + stroller. In this case, the room and the building is not good enough. The building doesn't have an elevator. We needed to go up with the stroller because there is no space to keep it downstairs (we are on the middle floor). Also, the room is so small that we left the stroller in the hallway. The noise is a problem too. In the room there is a meter to check the noise level. But at 22:00 pm the guests from the upper floor arrived and made so much noise it feel like they are in the room with us!! The children are already sleeping and we can't do anything but hope they will not wake up from the noise. We stayed for two days and got 4 towels, very small ones... (+4 face towels) and we are 5, so I asked for another towel for the baby and changing the wet towels that we already used and got an no answer. I didn't understand why it was a problem.. Last thing that we had a problem with is the small kitchen + the refrigerator. We bought food and eegs to make lunch but its got frozen and so we had to throw it away. Making food was a challenge in a small place.. Overall, only the children had fun.

the place seems smaller than on the pictures. cosy but has everything you need. some coat hanging hooks at the entrance
easy to find and good value for money
beds weren’t comfortable. feels like inflatable beds
